Tryst With Good Governance

As promised as Municipal Commissioner to deliver civic services at your finger tips , The major step of making 43 services online has been taken , The 43 different civic services are being made available on NMC e-connect app , NMC Portal, and through NMC Citizen facilitation centres from 17th September . The major process Re-engineering exercise has been done for providing this services hassle free , time bound and in transparent manner . This will help citizens to avail these services without the need of visiting offices , approaching the officers , or time consuming processes , this is a major step forward in making Governance citizen centric , hassle free , transparent , sensitive and result oriented .

Citizens are requested to download NMC e - connect app and use these services at your own sweet time .Hope these services satisfy citizens need and expectations from NMC .
